Why do photographs cost more if I did not pay on picture day?
Our production time is increased by a factor of seven to print a package if it was not paid for on picture day. We have to package it individually and ship it to your home. It is always a better value to pre-pay.
Why do we charge $8 for processing?
Processing charges are intended to compensate our company for producing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, packaging materials, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead.
Do retakes go in the yearbook?
Yes, they should. The school always reviews and has the final approval on the yearbook. You should check with your yearbook staff to make sure.
What do I need to do for a retake?
Grades K to 11 you must return your package or Second chance notice with $3.00. If you are a senior return your proof book with $10.00
When will I receive my second chance order?
Usually within 2 weeks during peak season it might run 3 weeks
If I pre-paid online where do my pictures get delivered?
They will be delivered to the school within 3 weeks from the school picture day.
How do I log in to view my students images?
Click on the link on the homepage. In most cases your password is your student ID. You can also use the QR code on your package or second chance notice.
How long are images kept online?
One year.
What if a student forgets his/her money on picture day?
Wait for the photographs to come back to the school. You will receive a second chance order form that you can mail to us or go online and order.
Refunds
We offer refunds on most prepaid services offered grades K thru 11th grade within 60 days of the payment. The exception is yearbooks, blankets, and services stated as non- refundable. Senior photographs are also non-refundable as you receive proofs and website images which allow you to order without salesmanship on our part. Senior photographs are a custom product we cannot resell to someone else.
If you have additional Family members ordering
Your order on picture day will be returned in one package to the school. You will be responsible for separating them. If you wish to have separate orders please order after Photo Day on our website. You will have the option on where the order is shipped.
